Cancellation Policy

At The Markgent LLC, we understand that business needs may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling our services.

Clients may request to cancel a project at any time by providing written notice via email.

• If work has not yet started, the project may be cancelled without further obligation, subject to our Refund Policy.
• If work has already begun, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

For recurring services such as:

• Social Media Management
• Amazon PPC Management
• Customer Feedback Management
• Other monthly marketing services

Clients may cancel by providing at least 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

If a client fails to provide the required information, approvals, or materials for more than 30 consecutive days, The Markgent LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate the project.

Any work completed prior to termination remains billable.

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate services if:

• Required payments are not received.
• A client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.
• The requested work violates applicable laws or marketplace policies.
• A client repeatedly fails to provide necessary information to complete the project.

If services are terminated by The Markgent LLC, any applicable refund will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy.
